摘  要:针对如何利用系统的模糊模型设计模糊控制器,提出以系统的模糊规则库为基础,提取模糊规则中的信息获得控制规则的方法。以钢铁工业中连续退火炉的加热炉为对象进行了仿真,首先提取描述对象输入-输出映射关系的模糊规则组成完备规则库,并以此为基础提取控制规则补偿输出偏差。仿真结果表明能够达到期望的效果。Without the knowledge of system' s physical mechanism, fuzzy rules can describe the system' s input-output mapping. Fuzzy modeling methods are easy to apply, and its linguistic fuzzy rules are easy to understand for human. However, the study on fuzzy controller design based on fuzzy modeling is far less successful. A fuzzy controller design method is proposed. The method extracts fuzzy control rules based on system fuzzy model, and the fuzzy model of a strip heating furnace is built as the bascs for fuzzy control rules extraction. The simulation shows the new proposed method meets the expectation.
