摘　　要：当前我国国民素质存在诸多问题,其原因是多方面的。除了历史原因外,成年女性受教育程度普遍低是关键因素。而且其正严重影响着教育的开放和人口素质的提高。针对这一症结仅靠普通学校教育是不行的,必须大力发展成人教育。The national diathesis in our country has many problems currently. The reason is various. Besides our country＇ s history reason, the key factor is adult women＇s underedueation. It＇ s draggle badly influences education＇ s opening and the improving of national diathesis. Contraposing this sticking point only depending on liberal education is flooey. It must develop adult education energetically.
