摘　　要：以浙江省为例,分析了我国南方存在的水资源问题及其形成的原因,并从水制度和管理、水质污染的控制和治理以及水利工程技术改进三方面,提出了解决我国南方水资源问题的对策。Taking Zhejing Province as an example, the problems and causing reasons about water resources in south of China were discussed. And then the countermeasures were pointed out from the aspects of water use system, management, water quality controlling and water conservancy projects.
