摘  要:将含有明胶的品红修饰在玻碳电极表面,制备了一种新的品红修饰电极,研究了品红修饰电极的电化学性质,并用于抗坏血酸的测定.在pH=6.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,抗坏血酸在品红修饰的电极上产生一灵敏的氧化峰,在该电极上抗坏血酸的过电位降低约300mV,对抗坏血酸测定的线性范围为4.0×10^-6~3.0×10^-3mol/L,检出限为2.0×10^-6mol/L.该电极测定抗坏血酸简单、准确、快速,而且具有良好的重现性和稳定性。A new electrode was prepared by modifying glutin-containing fuchsin onto the glassy carbon electrode, and its electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of ascorbic acid was studied. A sharp oxidation peak was obtained, and a decrease of 300 mV in overpotential at the modified glassy carbon electrode was observed. The modified electrode was used to determine the concentration of ascorbic acid in a linear relation between 4.0× 10^-6 and 3.0 × 10^-3 mol/L with a correlation coefficient of 0. 997 1, and the detection limit (S/N=3) was 2.0× 10^-6 mol/L. The method has been applied to determine the ascorbic acid content in real samples with satisfactory results.
