摘 要:西方国家的大学生生涯辅导起步早,专业化水平较高,呈现专业化、职业化、全程化、发展性的特点,而我国的大学生生涯辅导由于起步较晚,重视程度不够,仍保留着形式化、阶段化、职责化、功利性等特点。结合实际,我国应构建社会化、开放式和立体式的生涯辅导体系,建立全程化、全员化和个性化的生涯辅导模式,并培养职业化、专业化、专家化的师资队伍,以形成"本土化"的中国大学生生涯辅导。Western career guidance begins earlier and is more professional,which has already showed the features of specialization,professional,continual,and developing. But the career guidance in China begins hter and has not been paid enough attention to. So that,it still remains some characteristics such as formallzation,non-continuity, responsibility and utilitarian. According to our context,we should build a social,open and three-dimensional career guidance system. It is better for us to take the career guidance mode ,which is continual, for all people and special for individual. What is more,the professional teachers as well as experts are needed. Then we can hopeful build a local career guidance system for college students in China.
