超宽板坯连铸结晶器保护渣研究与应用

摘　　要：介绍了进口结晶器保护渣在安钢超宽板坯连铸机开机和调试期间的应用情况,肯定了进口保护渣对开机和生产调试所起的作用;通过对进口保护渣的理化指标和使用情况对照分析,生产出小批量的试验用渣,再通过分析试验保护渣的热流密度、液渣层厚度、吸收夹杂物的能力以及钢中合金元素的影响、板坯表面质量等情况,调整出适用于普碳钢、合金钢和不同拉速的保护渣。在宽板坯连铸机上实现了保护渣的国产化。Application of imported mould flux for wide slab casting was investigated during caster start up and hot commissioning. Based on analysis on physical and chemical properties of imported mould flux, small quantity of trail flux was made. Through measurement of heat flux in the mould, thickness of liquid flux, ability of absorbing inclusions and the quality of wide slab, fluxes with different compositions for carbon and alloyed steel casting were manufactured at Anyang Steel.
