摘  要:试验借助于溶液电导率的测量,分别考察了聚合物、固体悬浮物和原油对离子交换膜的性能影响情况,并对污染后的离子交换膜进行扫描电镜和能谱分析.结果表明:聚合物分子链很长,远大于离子半径,虽然在膜表面聚集,但不能形成孔径<1 nm的致密层,从而不会对膜造成污染;对膜造成污染的主要物质是原油和悬浮物;原油在膜表面由于范得华力吸附形成致密的一层油膜,影响离子通过离子交换膜.固体悬浮物在水中带负电,在电场的作用下向阴膜迁移,从而对阴膜造成污染.The polymer flooding wastewater is a sort of complicated multiphase system, which contains polymer, solid suspension, crude oil and so on. By the measure of solution conductance rate, we investigated effect of polymer, solid suspension and crude oil on membrane performance separately, and made scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive X - Ray microanalysis. It is concluded that molecule chain of polymer is much longer than ionic radius, though polymer masse on the surface of membrane, it cannot form compact film less than 1 nm. So it cannot pollute membrane. The main substances to pollute membrane are crude oil and solid suspension. Crude oil forms a compact oil film after being absorbed, which affects ions to get through ion exchange membrane. Solid suspension is negative in water, and it transfers to anion exchange membrane in the electric field, then jams the holes of membrane and causes membrane fouling.
