摘　　要：目的观察恶性肿瘤患者在化疗/放疗期间或间歇期辅以CD3AK细胞治疗前后免疫功能变化。方法采用碱性磷酸酶-抗碱性磷酸酶(APAAP)法测定NK细胞数量及T细胞亚群,MTT法检测细胞杀伤活性。结果经CD3AK细胞辅助治疗后,患者NK细胞数量,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+比值明显升高(P<0.01),外周血单个核细胞杀伤活性增强(P<0.05)。结论临床应用CD3AK细胞配合化疗/放疗治疗后,可提高患者免疫功能,且无明显副作用,是肿瘤患者一种较理想的辅助治疗方法。Objective To observe the variation of immune functions in cancer patients when using CD3 monoclonal antibody activating cells（CD3AK） during chemotherapy or radiotherapy and intervals. Methods The numbers of NK cells and subgroups of T cells were analyzed by using alkaline phosphatase-anti-alkaline phosphatase （APAAP）assay, The cytotoxicity of cell was measured by using methylthiazolyl tetrazolium（MTT） assay. Results The numbers of NK cells,CD3 cells, CD4 cells and the ratio of CD4/CD8 went up significantly（P〈0.01）after using CD3AK cells. Meanwhile,the cytotoxicity of mononuclear cells from peripheral blood of tumor patients rose notably （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of CD3AK cells accompanied by chemotherapy/radiotherapy can improve immune functions of cancer patients and has little side-effects .It may be used as supplementary therapies for tumor.
