恶性纤维组织细胞瘤中MDM2的表达及其与预后的关系

摘　　要：目的：观察MDM2在恶性纤维组织细胞瘤组织中的表达，探讨MDM2的表达与恶性纤维组织细胞瘤预后的关系。方法：采用原位杂交方法检测66例恶性纤维组织细胞瘤组织中MDM2的表达，分析其表达与恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的临床分期、生存期的关系。结果：MDM2在生存期〉5年的表达率明显低于生存期〈5年的表达率，在I～II期的表达率明显低于在III～IV期的表达率，二者有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结果：MDM2与恶性纤维组织细胞瘤患者的预后成负相关。Objective： To investigate the expression of MDM2 in MFH, and the relationship between expression of MDM2 and prognosis of MFH. Methods. Formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissues from 66 cases of MFH were evaluated for MDM2 expression by in situ hybridization .The Results were compared with clinical classification and life span. Results： The positive expression level of MDM2 in MFH of I ~ II stage was lower than that in MFH of III-IV stage.The positive expression level of MDM2 in MFH of life span 〉5 years was lower than that in MFH of life span 〈5 years. Conclusion： It was negative correlation between expression of MDM2 with prognosis of MFH.
