摘 要:研究了38CrMoAl钢形变离子注入复合强化后的摩擦磨损性能,并与形变强化处理件和离子注入件作比较,探讨了其形变离子注入的强化机制。试验结果表明,试样经上述各种处理后,耐磨性都有所提高,其中形变与离子注入复合处理后试样的效果最好;N+注入后,改性层中生成了大量的氮化物、碳化物等以及固溶体,它们弥散分布于α-Fe中,使其表面得以强化,提高了材料的耐磨性。Friction and wear properties of 38CrMoAl steel after deformation and ion implantation compound-intensity treatment process was investigated and compared with that of the deformation treated sample and the ion implanted sample. Strengthen mechanism of deformation and ion implantation was discussed. The results show that all different treatments are effective in improving resistance to wear, in which the effect of the deformation and ion implanted sample is the best. After N^+ ion implantation a large number of nitrides, carbides and solid solution are formed in the modified layers. They are dispersely distributed in α-Fe ,which intensifies the surface and enhance resistance to wear of materials.
