摘 要:依托电机滑动轴承,分析滑动轴承在不同磨损状态下轴心轨迹的分布规律。在不同磨损程度下,以判断各周期轴心轨迹的重合度、分布均匀性为出发点,提出了基于无量纲象限面积向量的轴心轨迹重合度和分布均匀性的定量计算方法。即利用各周期与第一周期的面积向量的测度贴近度表示重合度,定量地描述各周期内轴心轨迹的重合情况;在此基础上提取了反应重合度整体离散度的标准差;利用象限面积向量信息熵进行综合的、定量的评价滑动轴承各个周期内轴心轨迹的总体分布均匀性。综合3个无量纲指标,定量地评价滑动轴承的磨损程度。最后,结合实验,检验了该方法的有效性。The distribution regulation of the axle centre trail in different wear-abilities states was analyzed based on motor sliding bearing In different wear-ability degrees ,axle centre trail coincidence degree based on zero dimension area vector and quantification evaluation of distributing uniformity were defined for estimating axle centre trail coincidence degree and distributing uniformity. That means using the measure close degree of area vector between each cycles and the first cycle to express the coincidences degree to describe coincidence state of each cycle axle centre trails in quantities. Basing on it, the standard error was dandified to reflect the coincidence degree. Entropy of area vector of axle centre trail in quadrant was used to evaluate distributing uniformity of sliding bearing axle centre trail in each cycle comprehensively and quantificational. By integrating these three zero dimension indexes,wear-ability degree of sliding bearing was evaluated quantificationally. The validity of the method was proved by experimentation.
