摘　　要：本文阐述了知识转移的内涵及其复杂自适应系统的特征。提出了知识转移的分析框架及其模型。分析研究了个体、集群、组织间知识转移的影响因素。The paper describes the connotation of knowledge transfer and characteristics of its complex selfadapting system, and presents the analytical frame and model for knowledge transfer. Furthermore, it analyzes the factors affecting knowledge transfer among individuals, clusters and organizations.
