摘　　要：Web2.0环境是当今图书馆开展信息服务的重要环境。这种新一代的网络环境给图书馆的文献信息服务既带来了便利,也带来了挑战。网络环境下,图书馆之间应开展合作、以人为本,提供一体化和个性化的信息服务,合理组织网络信息资源、重视人员培训,适度开展服务营销,同时加强与外部信息商的跨界合作。Now the network enviroment in which libraries develop infromation services is web2. 0. Web2. 0 brings not only the convenience but also challenges to information services. In order to serve the end users, different library should worked in collaboration with each other. In addition, they should provide Integrated and individual information services based on man - oriented concept, rationalize the Organization of intemet information resources, think highly of raining of librarian, carry out information service marketing, and attach weight to mashup with other information corporation.
