浅谈眼视光学专业学位研究生素质的培养

摘　　要：目前研究生招生规模的扩大和研究生本身素质的下降是亟待解决的问题。根据这一问题,温州医学院眼视光学院从研究生导师遴选开始,为眼视光专业学位研究生选拔高水平的指导教师,实行导师负责制;为研究生建设良好的学习、工作环境,加大科研基础建设;培养科学的思维方式、健全人格特征等科学素养,为培养高素质的眼视光学学位研究生服务。Currently , a contradiction existing between the expansion of the scale of enrolled graduate students and the decline in its quality needs to be solved. Academy of Optometry and Ophthalmology, Wenzhou Medical College uses the following methods to control the quality of the graduates., selecting instructors of high level for graduate professional degree and it is the instructors that charge the quality of the graduates; developing a good postgraduate study,and work environment, increasing their research construction; cultivating thinking in ascientific way; establishing good personality characteristic, etc. The aim of all of those is to serve the training of high-quality postgraduates in optometry and ophthalmology.
