摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训工作的开展一直是我国医学教育中的薄弱环节,作者根据工作经验和调研情况从医疗机构的选择、培训基地的组织管理、科室的执行能力三个层面对住院医师规范化培训要素进行分析,以期为加强住院医师规范化培训工作提供参考。Residency training is a weak link in the medical education chain. This paper discusses the key elements of residency training on the basis of survey and experience from three aspects, viz. selection of medical institution, administration of training base and execution ability of the training department, to offer reference for residency training.
