摘 要:目的应用14C-尿素呼气试验对照(14C-UBT)检测复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)患者消化道幽门螺杆菌(Hp)状况,同时在口腔溃疡病变与正常组织交界区采集标本进行Hp病理检测,探讨Hp感染状态与ROU的关系。方法ROU患者30例,正常成人组30例,两组均采用14C-UBT分别于服药后5、25 min检测呼出气体中14C的放射性活性以了解Hp感染状态,同时ROU组在口腔溃疡病变与正常组织交界区钳取标本进行病理组织切片HE和Giemsa染色检测Hp。结果实验组和对照组服药后5 min的14C呼气试验阳性率分别为53.3%(16/30)、60.0%(18/30)。25 min后阳性率分别为26.7%(8/30)、33.3%(10/30),两者之间差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组病理切片Giemsa染色未发现典型的幽门螺杆菌。结论从上述检测结果分析,幽门螺杆菌和ROU的发病可能无直接相关性。Objective To study the relationship between recurrent oral ulcer (ROU) and helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection. Methods Thirty patients with ROU ( ROU group) and 30 normal adults ( control group) were enrolled in the study. ^14C-urea tests were performed in two groups at 5 and 25 minutes after having taken medicine, respectively,to explore Hp infection. In ROU group, samples were taken from the junction of oral ucler lesions and normal tissues to determine their Hp values by HE and Giemsa staining. Results After having taken medicine for 5 minutes,ROU group and normal group presented positive ratios of 53.3% (16/30) and 60. 0% (18/30) , respectively. After having taken medicine for 25 minutes, two groups presented positive ratios of 26.7% (8/30) and 33.3% ( 10/30 ) , respectively,there was no significant difference between two groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). No tipical Hp was found in ROU group by Giemsa staining. Conduslon The above tests show that no direct correlation exists between ROU-leading diseases and Hp infection.
