咳嗽应激对海马和纹状体超微组织结构的影响

摘  要:为了观察豚鼠咳嗽所致应激反应对海马和纹状体组织的影响,进一步认识咳嗽对机体的非特异性损伤作用,为揭示应激反应对咳嗽相关疾病临床病理学指标的干预性影响提供实验依据。我们建立了豚鼠咳嗽应激模型,用透射电子显微镜观察、照像的方法记录、分析海马和纹状体组织超微结构的改变。结果观察到模型组动物海马组织细胞核与核膜模糊,核膜双层结构损伤,细胞核固缩;粗面内质网平行排列结构破坏,其排列形式紊乱;线粒体表现为球形膨胀状态,线粒体嵴消失。纹状体组织细胞核膜模糊不清晰,未见粗面内质网和其它亚细胞结构,胞浆内见大量肿胀坏死的线粒体以及大量不同程度的退化样结构。以上结果说明咳嗽可引起海马和纹状体组织结构的改变,提示咳嗽对机体的非特异性影响值得重视。To probe into the effects of cough-stressing on the ultrastructure in the hippocampus and striatum of guinea-pig. Cough-stressing model was copied with 20% citric acid and the structures of hippocampus and striatum were observed under electrical microscope. The results showed that there were obvious injures of hippocampus and striatum in the experiment group. In the experimental hippocampus cells, the cell nucleus and their membrane were blurring, nucleus membrane scathed, the nucleus deflated, the parallel structure of rough endoplasmic reticulum destroyed, mitochondria swelled like a ball and their ridges disappeared; In the experimental striatum cells, the cell nucleus were blurring either, all kinds of sub-cell structures reduced apparently, mitochondria intumescenced and necroses, there were kinds of retrogressive structures in different degree. These results suggest that cough can cause the change of the structures in hippocampus and striatum. We should take into account the non-specific affects of coughing.
