摘  要:2004~2005年在河南农业大学科教园区,以豫麦50、太空5号、宁麦9号、安98005、郑麦004为材料,研究了不同弱筋小麦农艺性状与籽粒蛋白质含量的相关性。结果表明,穗粒数对籽粒蛋白质含量影响最大,直接通径系数为-0.936;其次为穗长、穗下节长、每穗小穗数、株粒重,而且直接通径系数都是负值;除百粒重,其他农艺性状对籽粒醇溶蛋白含量的相关性都在0.05水平相关;株高、有效分蘖、每穗小穗数、百粒重与籽粒谷蛋白含量在0.05水平相关,百粒重直接影响最大,为正影响,而株高、有效分蘖、每穗小穗数均为负影响。With Yumai 50, Taikong 5, Ningmai 9, An 98005 and Zhengmai 004 as materials, the test was conducted in scientific and educational Campus of Henan agricultural university in 2004 - 2005 to study the relativity of the agronomic traits and grain protein content in different weak gluten wheat varieties. The results showed that the effect of grains per spike was mast with direct path coefficient of -0.936, followed by spike length, length of uppermost intemode, spikelets per spike, and grain weight per plant, with all the coefficients being negative. Except 100-grain weight, all agronomic traits were significantly correlated with grain gliadin content. Plant height, effective tillering, spikelets per spike and 100-grain weight was significantly correlated with grain glutelin content. The direct effect of 100-grain weight was most and positive. And the effects of plant height, effective tillering and spikelets per spike were all negative.
