摘  要:采用回流提取和D-101型大孔树脂从甘草中提取和纯化甘草酸。分别考察乙醇浓度、固液比和回流时间对甘草酸收率的影响;进液浓度、进液流速和pH值对吸附的影响和乙醇洗脱剂浓度与洗脱剂流速对脱附的影响,并建立D-101型大孔树脂吸附甘草酸的Langmuir等温吸附方程,模型与试验值吻合较好。Reflux extraction method and D-101 type of macroporous resin were used to extract and purify glycyrrhizic acid from liquorice. The effects of ethanol concentration, ratio of solid to liquid and reflux time on glycyrrhizic acid yield, and the effects of liquid inlet concentration, liquid inlet flow rate and pH value on adsorption and the effects of ethanol eluant concentration and eluant flow rate on desorption were investigated respectively. The Langmuir isothennal adsorption equation of D-101 type of macroporous resin'that adsorbed glycyrrhizic acid was established,which was better in accordance with the experimental data.
