摘 要:[目的]更好地掌握持久性有机毒物在黄河中上游的迁移转化及其归趋。[方法]利用固相萃取-高效液相色谱和紫外分光光度法讨论黄河兰州段沉积物对水体中邻苯二甲酸正二戊酯的吸附行为及各种因素如温度、离子强度、pH值和有机物含量对其吸附行为影响。[结果]结果表明,吸附等温线呈现较为明显的"S"形,采用Freundlich方程拟合的相关性比Langmuir方程好,表明为多分子层吸附;当温度升高时,吸附量增大,吸附反应为吸热过程;离子强度,水体环境pH和沉积物中有机质含量都对其有一定的影响。[结论]该研究为持久性有机毒物在黄河中上游的迁移转化及其归趋提供了一定的理论基础。[ Objective ] The research aimed to master migration, transformation and fate of permanent organic toxin in middle and upper reaches of Yellow River better. [ Method] Adsorption behavior of Diamyl phthalate (DAP) by sediment of Yellow River (Lanzhou section) was discussed by solid phase extraction, high performance liquid chromatography and UV spectrophotometry method, The effects of temperature, ionic strength, pH and organic matter content of sediment on adsorption were also discussed. [Result] The adsorption isotherms showed obvious S shape and the relativity fitted with Freundlich equation was better than that with Langnmir equation, which indicated that the adsorptive behavior could be contributed to multimolecular adsorption. The adsorption quantity was increased when temperature ascended and adsorption reaction was an endothermic process. The ionic strength, pH in water body enviromnent, and organic matter content of sediment had certain effects on the adsorption of DAP. [Conclusion] This study provided definite theoretical foundation for migration, transformation and fate of permanent organic toxin in middle and upper reaches of Yellow River.
