摘　　要：知识管理是基于知识流动的一种系统管理模式,而网上行政审批是提升政府职能部门竞争力,荻取竞争优势的方式创新。如何建立一个基于知识管理的网上行政审批系统评价指标体系来对政府职能建设进行评价显得尤为重要,基于知识管理的网上行政审批系统综合评价指标体系,并在此体系的基础上提出一种协作机制模型。Knowledge management is a systematic management model based on the knowledge flowing. The online administrative permission system is an innovation promoting the government functional departments competitive power so as to gain competitive advantages. Presently, it is of great importance to establish an evaluation index system based on the knowledge management. This article proposes such a system and a cooperation mechanism model based on the system.
