摘  要:为了精确控制不同的工作环境下静电除尘器的电压,讨论了传统静电除尘用低频高压电源与高频高压电源的区别,用PSpice软件仿真了静电除尘器用高频高压电源。分析了频率对倍加器输出电压的影响;利用仿真结果拟合出高压硅堆导通时间公式,可用于高压硅堆损耗计算及高压硅堆型号的选择;利用公式推导出负载对输出功率的影响。最后给出基于LabVIEW环境的倍加器型高频高压电源实验,验证其频率、输出的可控性;通过电压反馈控制,将杂散电容引起的不稳定频率上限从<5kHz提高到>10kHz,降低了电源所需高压电容的大小,降低了系统成本。Traditional DC high voltage source used for electrostatic precipitators (ESP) has many shortcomings in efficiency, volume, cost and performance. Realizing DC high voltage source for ESP with high frequency as well as low frequency was discussed. High frequency high voltage Power Supply for ESP was simulated with the PSpice software. The relation between output voltage and duty cycle during DC-AC inversion was given, which was formulated by the curve in the same PWM cycle. The relation between frequency and output voltage was derived based on the principle of multiplier and circuit parameters. The existence of stray capacitance induces error between results by the analyzed computation and simulation with PSpice. The capacity factor of high voltage diodes was formulated by approximating its turn-on time of PSpice simulation results, so as to make the choice of high voltage diodes and calculation of high voltage diodes dissipation more convenience. The relation between load and the out-put power was also derived, the load value was figured out when the output power was maximum, the simulation results with the PSpice software based on principle of multiplier circuit agreed well with those by the analyzed formula. The derived results were tested by one desktop high frequency high voltage power source implemented with load voltage feedback based on the LabVIEW, with its frequency as well as its output voltage controlled digitally, Due to effects of stray capacitance existed in the Multiplier system, the upper inverted frequency was generally designed below 5 kHz, which was experimentally enhanced over 10 kHz and could significantly save the costs on high voltage multiplier capacitors.
