摘  要:混合型限流器的关键部件电动斥力机构目前主要采用有限元软件仿真分析,为了能使用简单可行的解析手段分析电动斥力机构,提出了按其能量平衡方程推导出的斥力表达式,即斥力等于驱动电流的平方与等值电感对动盘位移微分的乘积,且后者在动盘运动初瞬为常数。利用加速度传感器间接测量电动斥力,结果表明等值电感与动盘位移间有线性关系。实测加速度滞后驱动电流约100μs,原因是斥力从动盘传至加速度传感器过程的机械传输时间。试验结果与理论分析一致,证明电动斥力在动盘运动初瞬全部用于产生加速度,而后随动盘速度和位移增大加速度逐渐减小。Electromagnetic repulsion mechanism is the key of the fast transfer switch. It is very difficult to be analyzed with the normal mathematic method, and it is always simulated and optimized by means of the finite elements software. Based on the formula on conversation of energy, a fundamental analytic method is deduced for electromagnetic repulsion force calculation. Theoretical computation indicated that the repulsion force was directly proportional to the product of the current in energizing coil and the equivalent inductance's derivative vs. displacement. The e- quivalent inductance was tested by means of a new method of examinations, and it was proved that the equivalent inductance was directly proportional to the displacement of the moving plate at the initial moment of the moving of the plate. On the other hand, the electromagnetic repulsion force acting on the moving plate has all effects on the accel- eration, then the acceleration of the plate reduced with the increase of the velocity and displacement of the moving plate. Finally, a realized prototype was developed and some kinds of characteristics of the prototype were tested. The theoretical calculations and test results verify the validity Of the theory on repulsion force calculation method and assumption used in this paper. A 100us time delay between current and force can be observed, the time delay is due to the mechanical transmission of the force from the copper disk to the moving contact.
