摘　　要：通过企业技术创新过程各阶段不同环节中专利信息检索应用及规范的适用报告实战研究,强调专利检索应用在创新过程中对助推企业形成自主知识产权起到重要作用,对企业如何充分利用专利检索、采取各种保护措施和应对策略来提升其创新能力与市场竞争能力,如何及时有效地规避技术创新中潜在的各种专利侵权风险起到有益的指导作用。According to practical study on patent documents retrieval, and by using search reports during different phases of enterprises＇ technical innovation process, this paper emphasizes the important functions of patent retrieval on pushing enterprises to form their own intellectual property, and guides them how to use patent documents, how to take effective protecting measures when facing market competition and to elude infringement risks.
