海洛因滥用者脱毒前后月经变化及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析女性海洛因滥用患者脱毒前后月经周期及相关情况的变化。方法:对2006年2月—2007年2月期间在我院自愿接受脱毒治疗的128例女性海洛因滥用患者进行月经周期变化调查。调查问卷采用自制的"海洛因滥用患者月经变化调查表"。对脱毒前后的月经变化及相关因素作对照分析。结果:月经周期正常13例(10.2%),周期延长94例(73.4%),缩短4例(3.1%),闭经17例(13.3%),经量增多35例(27.3%),经量减少56例(43.8%),痛经58例(45.3%)。脱毒治疗后有79例恢复正常月经周期。经量恢复正常有65例,痛经有16例减少。结论:滥用海洛因易导致女性月经周期及相关情况异常。脱毒治疗后多数能自行恢复。Objective：To analyze the variations of menstrual cycle and other related informations of heroin-dependence women before and after detoxication.Methods： 128 heroin-dependence women were asked to answer the self-designed questionaires about menstrual variations of heroin addicts between 2006-2007.Results：Before detoxification, the menstrual cycle of 13 cases （10.2%）was normal,94 cases （73.4%） was lengthened,4 cases （3.1%）was shortened;the menstrual volume of 35 cases （27.3%） was increased,56 cases was reduced;17 cases （13.3%） suppressed menstruation; 58 cases had dysmenotthea.After detoxification, 79 cases recovered normal menstrual cycle, 65 cases recovered normal menstrual volume, and it was reduced 16 cases than before in dysmenotthea.Conclution：The abuse of heroin leads to the abnormality of female menstruation.But most of them can be self-recovered.
