摘　　要：目的:详细了解左旋咪唑作为免疫调节药的临床使用情况。方法:检索《中国期刊全文数据库》(1984～2005年)有关文献,获得有关临床信息。结果:左旋咪唑除了用于肠道线虫病的治疗外,还适用于皮肤病、血液系统疾病、乙型肝炎、肿瘤、甲状腺功能亢进症、类风湿性关节炎等的免疫调节治疗,有一定的临床疗效。结论:左旋咪唑临床应用非常广泛。由于存在治疗风险,必须加强监管措施,保护用药人群的健康安全。Objective： To understand the use of levamisole as immunoregulant in clinic. Method： The related clinical information was obtained by studying Chinese Journal Full-Text Database from 1984 to 2005. Result： Levamisole had a definite conspicuous curative effect on nematodiasis of intestinal tract, dermatogic disease, hematologic disease, type B hepatitis, tumour, hyperthyroidism and arthritis deformans. Its market was broad and occupied the premier place in the area of application of anthelmintic imidazoles. Conclusion： The levamisole＇s clinical application as immunoregulant was extensive. There were many risks in taking levamisole in the treatment; therefore, the medical staff must take some monitoring measures to protect the health of the patients who take levamisole.
