摘　　要：中医人才培养是中医事业发展的关键。透过历史,我们可以清楚地知道,中医药学的发展史就是中医人才的发展史。只有通过对历史的回顾,客观分析中医人才培养的现状,找出正确的规律和方法,才能真正寻求到中医药人才培养的最佳途径,从而带动整个中医药事业蓬勃发展。Talent nurturing is the key to development of Chinese medicine cause. Through history we can know clearly that history of Chinese medicine development is actually the history of Chinese medicine talent development. Only by looking back upon the history, conducting objective analysis to the present situation and finding out correct rules and methods of nurturing talents can we truly seek the best means of nurturing talents and thus promote vigorous development of the whole cause of Chinese medicine.
