摘　　要：在知识经济社会,CKO人才应当成为图书馆管理的先锋队。探讨了CKO应及时地引入图书馆的管理中,并对如何培养具有中国特色的CKO人才提出了6点具体建议。In the knowledge economy society, CKO talented person should become the vanguard of library management, This paper has discussed that CKO should be introduced to the library promptly in the management. In addition, it puts forward six proposals for the training of CKOs with Chinese characters.
