谢二矿塌陷塘浮游植物群落结构特征指数分析

摘　　要：随着采煤塌陷区不断扩展，矿区生态环境状况不断恶化。从2005年4月-2006年3月对谢二矿采煤塌陷塘进行了调查，对其进行了浮游植物的种类组成、丰度分布及群落结构特征指数（多样度、均匀度、丰富度、优势度和单纯度）等群落生态学初步分析。结果表明：谢二矿采煤塌陷塘物种多样性较丰富，多样度、均匀度和单纯度这三种多样性指数都较好地表达了浮游植物的多样性。为塌陷塘生态环境状况的改善及其开发利用提供了一定的理论基础。In recent years, along with the increase of subsidence after coal exploitation, ecological envi- ronment in mining areas gets worse. Subsidence pool of Xieer Coal Mine was investigated from April 2005 to March 2006. The ecological charastics of phytoplankton flora including their species composition and their abundance, as well as the characteristic index （diversity index, evenness index, abundance index, prevalence index and simplicity index） were preliminarily analyzed. The results indicate that the species diversity is rich in subsidence pool of Xieer Coal Mine. The diversity index, evenness index and simplicity index expressed the phytoplankton species diversity. The study provides a theoretical basis for ecological environment improvement and development of the subsidence pool.
