摘  要:目的为制定中国老年男性红细胞计数正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法收集中国301个单位测定的37685例老年男性红细胞计数正常参考值,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究其与八个地理因素的关系。结果老年男性红细胞计数正常参考值与中国地理因素之间有很显著的相关关系(F=246.91,P=0.000)。采用逐步回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程:Y^=2.590+0.0003800X1+0.007702X3+0.02821X5+0.009705X6+0.0003191X7±0.54。结论可以用回归方程计算不同地区的老年男性红细胞计数正常参考值。Objective To supply a scientific basis for unifying the normal reference value standard of red blood cell count of Chinese old men. Methods The normal reference value of the elderly male's red cell count determined by microscopic count from 301 units in China were collected to find their relation to eight geographical factors by correlation and regression analysis. Results There was significantly correalted relation between normal reference value of the elderly male's red cell count and Chinese geographical factors (F = 246. 91, P = 0. 000 ) . The method of mathematical gradual regressive analysis was used to infer one regression equation : Y = 2. 590 + 0. 0003800X1 + 0. 007702X3 + 0. 02821X5 + 0. 009705X6 + 0. 0003191X7 + 0.54. Conclusions If geographical values are obtained in some areas, the normal reference value of Chinese old men's red blood cell count of this area can be reckoned using the regression equations. Furthermore, according to the similarity of the normal reference value of Chinese old men's red blood ceil count, China can be divided into eight regions.
