摘 要:以长江口滨岸潮滩作为典型研究区,对潮滩表层沉积物中生物硅(BSi)的时空分布进行了研究,并探讨了沉积物理化性质对BSi赋存特征的影响.结果表明,潮滩沉积物中BSi的含量具有明显的时空变化差异,2月份BSi的含量在0.46%~1.61%之间,总体上具有自陆向海逐渐增加的变化趋势;8月份BSi的含量在0.39%~1.36%之间,其沿程分布模式与2月份相反.沉积物理化性质与BSi之间的相关分析揭示,BSi含量与沉积物机械组成、有机质有密切关系,在细颗粒且富含有机质的沉积物中易于BSi的累积和赋存.此外,底栖硅藻可能是潮滩沉积物中BSi的重要来源,但是底栖硅藻作为BSi来源的相对重要程度存在明显的空间差异.The spatial and temporal distributions of biogenic silica (BSi) in tidal flat surface sediments of Yangtze Estuary were studied using the coastal tidal flat of Yangtze Estuary as typical research area, and the influence of sediment physico-chemical property on BSi accumulation was also investigated. The significant seasonal variations in sedimentary BSi were observed along the coastal zone of Yangtze Estuary. The contents of BSi in sediments varied from 0.46%-1.61% and gradually increased from land to sea in February, while in August they were in the range of 0.39%-1.36% and had the spatial distribution pattern opposite to February. The relation analysis of the sediment physico-chemical property and BSi announced that BSi contents had close correlation with sediment types and organic matter. In general, biogenic silica was apt to accumulate in the fine fractions of sediments rich in organic matter. Additionally, it was found that benthic diatoms might be an important source of biogenic silica in sediments. However, there existed the pronounced spatial difference in the contribution of benthic diatoms to biogenic silica in tidal flat sediments along the Yangtze estuarine and coastal zone.
