摘  要:魔芋精粉糊化后加入改性剂NaOH、增塑剂甘油、交联剂甲醛及CaS:Eu红色荧光粉,混合溶胶在自然条件下干燥成膜,测试了薄膜的光学、力学性能。结果表明,薄膜荧光光谱与其添加的荧光粉光谱一致,具有吸收紫外光和绿光发射645nm红光的作用,薄膜转光行为有利于植物光合作用,可用于农作物栽培;薄膜力学性能较好,可见光区透光率在68%—70%。Paste pure konjaku flour was blended with modifier sodium hydroxide in the presence of plastifier glycerol and crosslinking agent formaldehyde and phosphor CaS: Eu. The blend sol was made into film under natural conditions. Optical nature and mechanical properties were determined. The fluorescent properties of the film are as the same as that of phosphor,which absorbs ultraviolet and green light and emits red light (645nm). The light conversion behavior has benefits to photosynthesis of plants. The film shows good mechanical properties and transmittance of 68%- 70%,and can be used in agriculture.
