摘  要:以金属配合物为催化剂,采用本体聚合法合成了一类油溶性的超高相对分子质量的烯烃类聚合物,用核磁共振、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和循环管道减阻测定装置分别表征聚合物的构成、相对分子质量和减阻率。研究了在液氮环境中,将聚合物磨成粉末后,聚合物相对分子质量的变化和减阻率的变化,并考察了低温粉碎温度对聚合物相对分子质量和减阻率的影响。结果表明,烯烃聚合物经液氮低温粉碎后,其重均分子量由5 852 320下降到4 893 092,分散系数由2.821 167增加到3.637 814,同时减阻率下降约10.49%。Ultra high relative molecular mass and oil-soluble alkene polymer was synthesized by bulk polymerization utilizing metal complex compound as catalyst. The structure and relative molecular mass and its distribution were characterized by ^1H NMR and GPC, and drag reduction ratio of the polymer was measured by a circular conduit apparatus. Effects of comminuting temperature on the relative molecular mass and drag reduction ratio were studied. The results showed that the relative weight-average molecular mass of the comminuted polymer was reduced from 5 852 320 to 4 893 092, dispersity was increased from 2. 821 167 to 3. 637 814, and the drag reduction ratio of the comminuted polymer was decreased by about 10.49%.
