摘　　要：按照马克思的实践理论,人类思维、观念等其实是建构在实践活动之上,而这是由人对自然界的对象性活动——劳动来实现的。人类实践与理性的差异性是造成文化多样性的根本原因,而生产方式及生产关系的解构与重构过程是文化变迁的根本性动力。蒙古族传统音乐文化是蒙古族历代人民在特定的生产生活中创造出来的,因此它的本质和意义只有通过这种实践过程中来寻找。In accordance with the practical theory of Marxist, human thinking and concepts in fact is built on the practical activities, which are achieved by the objective activities——labor. The difference between human practice and ration is the fundamental cause of cultural diversity, and the deconstmction and reconstruction process production and relations of production is the fundamental driving force for cultural change. Mongolian traditional music culture is created in the life by Mongolian people in a specific production and its essence and significance can only be found through the process of practice.
