异体巩膜移植或联合羊膜移植在眼睑缺损中Ⅰ期眼睑重建术临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨异体巩膜移植或联合羊膜移植在眼睑肿瘤切除后及先天性眼睑发育异常患者中Ⅰ期眼睑重建术中的疗效。方法快速冰冻病理检查决定肿瘤切除的范围,用保存巩膜或联合保存羊膜加自体皮瓣移植Ⅰ期眼睑重建36例;先天性下睑退缩综合征治疗1例。结果术后随访3个月～5年,36例眼睑修复重建后均未发生排斥反应,功能恢复良好。肿瘤患者无1例复发。结论异体巩膜移植或联合联合羊膜移植Ⅰ期眼睑重建取材方便,手术方法简便易行,又可以减少患者多处手术之痛苦,能达到恢复眼睑功能和美容效果,总有效率达100%。Objective To investigate the effects of allosclera and anmiotic menbrane transplantation for the eyelid defect in eyelid reconstruction, as the eyelid tumor and the congenital eyelid dysplasia. Methods There are thirty six cases of the eyelid reconstruction and one case of congenital eyelid retraction syndrome using allosclera, served human ammiontic membrane and autoallergic skip flap transplantation. With using tacho-frozen section Pathoscopy to definite the scope of the eyelid tumor. Results All case were followed up for three moths to five years. There is no rejection and recurrence in all case and the reconstruction eyelids have a full function. Conclusion It is a easy way to obtain the material and make the onestage eyelid resconstruction using the allosclera and served human anmiotic monbrane transplantation. It can reduce the pain of the patients, and make a good cosmetic result and recove the eyelid function. The totall effective power is up to 100%.
