摘　　要：军队医院参与社会医疗保险改革是医院发展难得的机遇同时也给医院带来了巨大的挑战。本文阐述了某军队医院被选为社会医疗保险定点医院后,如何采取有效措施,落实医保政策,做好医院医疗保险工作的管理,以达到转变观念、适应改革的具体思路和实践。Participating the reform of social medical insurance is not only a chance, but also a tremendous challenge for the military hospital. The author made a concrete introduction on the thought and practice of a military hospital which was elected to be a appointed hospital of social medical insurance. These practice included how to adopt effective measures to implement medical insurance policy and make hospital medical insurance to transit conception.
