摘　　要：简述了做好高校人事档案管理工作的重要意义,详细分析了高校人事档案管理方面存在的主要问题。并提出了加大宣传力度,强化档案意识;层层把关,确保档案材料真实性;多方努力,齐抓共管,规范档案管理;加大资金投入,改善基础设施,加快信息化建设;稳定档案管理人员队伍等解决问题的对策。The article briefly illustrates the significance of doing the administrative work on college personnel archives well and specifically analyzed the problems existing in the administration work. The strategies were put forward, such as reinforcing the momentum of publicity, strengthening consciousness of file management; strictly checking so as to ensure the truthfulness of the archive materials ; making great efforts and working together to regular file management; strengthening the input of funds to improve infrastructure and fasten the construction of informationizaiton; stabilize the group of archive administration staff.
