摘 要:目前烟草制丝预处理线大多采用半自动机械辅以人工的方法进行片烟纸箱拆包,系统工作效率低,工人劳动强度大,难以满足大批量、机械化连续生产的需求。为此,设计了基于机器人技术的片烟纸箱拆包工艺,主要工序包括纸箱包装带的拆除及回收,纸箱脱箱,纸箱内上下纸质衬垫的回收,空纸箱的折叠、码垛回收。拆包系统主要由包装带检测回收机械手、脱箱机器人、纸箱折叠码垛机构3台主机构成,占地面积小,自动化程度高,造碎率低,能够适应不同尺寸规格的片烟箱及变形片烟箱,在4根包装带条件下,拆箱工作效率可达40箱/h。The semi-automatic strips case unpacking system now widely adopted in tobacco primary processing lines was lower in working efficiency and higher in labor intensity, and failed to meet the requirements of mass and continuous mechanized production. Therefore, the case unpacking system based on robot was designed, the major working procedures included pack strip removing and collection, case removing, collection of upper and lower paper liner ; and emptied case folding and palletizing. The system comprised 3 major units, including a robot for pack strip detection and collection, a robot for case unpacking and a mechanism for emptied case folding and paUetizing; the system featured smaller site area, higher automation and lower tobacco breakage, and was capable for handling cases of different sizes and deformed cases; its capacity was up to 40 cases per hour for the cases with 4 pack strips.
