临床医学专业学位教育存在问题及对策

摘　　要：针对在实施临床医学专业学位试点工作中存在的认识不足、生源质量、课程设置、教学资源、临床培训及管理等一些问题进行探讨,提出了加大宣传,提高认识;严格筛选,保证生源;优化课程设置;做好校内资源调配,合理利用校外资源;强化临床训练,严格考核制度;加大监管力度等措施,进一步做好临床医学专业学位工作。Facing the problems e.g. the misunderstanding about this new type education of professional degree, the quality of students, the schedule of courses, the education resources, clinical training and administration etc. in the carrying out experiment of professional degree of clinical medicine, a series of countermeasures, such as further understanding and promotion for the education of professional degree, strict permission of the students, improving courses schedule, fully organizing and utilizing education resources, strengthening clinical training, strictly on examination system, enforcing management and implementing better supervision on the process etc. were carried out to improve the work for the education of professional degree of clinical medicine.
