摘　　要：辅导员作为高等学校大学生思想政治教育工作的主要力量,已是高等学校教师队伍中的重要组成部分,辅导员综合素质的高低直接影响着高等学校学生工作的开展,关系到学生工作的质量和成败,这就要求辅导员必须加强自身修养,努力提高思想政治、职业道德、业务知识、综合能力和身心等方面的素质。As a principal component for the political education to students in higher education, student supervisors constitute an important part in teaching force. The diathesis of the supervisor directly influences the quality of political education to the student. It is necessary to ask the student supervisors to enhance their self- cultivation, improve their comprehensive diathesis in politics, moral, professional knowledge etc.
