摘  要:为了实现对双刀架车削数控加工程序综合性能检验的目的,提出了加工工艺模型建立、仿真数据生成,以及程序校验策略等双刀架数控车削仿真技术。通过模拟实际机床、刀夹具的装配,用部件单元组合方法构建了仿真工艺系统模型;经对数控程序编译,并经以加工时间为基准的刀具位置数据匹配,生成仿真加工驱动数据;通过由轨迹图、工艺数据表和加工直方图组成的校验文件分析,实现了对数控编程正确性和合理性的综合检验。所有技术方法均通过编程实践检验,证明是实用、可行的,所编数控程序实现了车削加工一次试切成功。In order to verify the comprehensive performance of the numerical control program for the twin-turret turning, the twin-turret NC turning simulation technology, including machining technics, simulation data generation, and the program verification, was proposed. The simulation technics system model was set up using the assembling unit method, including the virtual assembling of the machine, cutters, and Clamps. By compiling the NC program and matching the cutter location data of the twin turrets according to their machining time, the simulation machining driving data were generated. After analyzing the verification file composed of trail drawing, technic data table and machining histogram, the correctness and the rationality of the NC programming were checked. The results show that all of these methods are practical and feasible. They have passed the practice verification of NC programming, and the NC program can ensure the trial cut successfully.
