摘　　要：当我们对对象进行观察和思考时,以为自己完全支配着对象却未意识到自己的存在。如果这个对对象的观察思考画面被一面镜子照到并置于我们面前的话,我们就会觉得自己观察控制对象这个行为本身也作为认识对象被审视着。那么我对他者、对自己的认识也可以被当作对象,从而建立起对对象的认识,形成对认识的认识。When we observe and reflect on the object, we always think that we are dominating the object totally and are not aware of the existence of ourselves. If the object we observe is placed before us through a mirror, we will feel that the behavior we control the object maybe is seen by others. So the knowledge of others and ourselves we make can be regarded as an object, and then the understanding of the object is gained so as to form the knowledge to our knowledge.
