大学生考试焦虑与主观课业负担关系的调查

摘　　要：目的调查大学生考试焦虑与主观课业负担状况,并探讨大学生考试焦虑与主观课业负担的关系,为预防大学生考试焦虑与减少主观课业负担提供依据。方法应用Sarason考试焦虑量表(TestAnxietyScale,TAS)和自编主观课业负担调查表对徐州某大学117名大学生作为调查对象进行调查。结果"中度考试焦虑"和"中度主观课业负担"是大学生中存在的考试焦虑和主观课业负担的主要形式。男女生之间、是否独生子女之间的考试焦虑和主观课业负担差别没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同年级之间考试焦虑差别有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同年级之间主观课业负担差别没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。考试焦虑与主观课业负担之间存在正相关(P<0.05),即主观课业负担越重,考试焦虑程度也就越高。男生、独生子女和一年级学生与总体结果相似;女生、非独生子女和二、三、四年级学生的考试焦虑与主观课业负担无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论大学生考试焦虑与主观课业负担普遍存在且之间存在着正相关关系。Objective To investigate the test anxiety and burden of subjective lessens in university students and to explore the relationship between them in order to provide the evidence for the intervenes, Methods A total of 117 university students were investigated by Test Anxiety Scale （TAS） and self-compiled questionnaires for burden of subjective lessens in Xuzhou, Results ＂Moderate test anxiety＂ and ＂moderate burden of subjective lessens＂ were the fundamental forms of test anxiety and burden of subjective lessens in university students. There was no significant difference in test anxiety and burden of subjective lessens between boys and girls and between sole offspring and non-sole offspring（ P 〉0. 05 ）, There were highly significant differences in test anxiety among the 4 grades （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and there was no significant difference in burden of subjective lessens among the 4 grades （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The test anxiety was significantly positively correlated with the burden of subjective lessens, That is, the more burden of subjective lessens students felt, the more test anxiety they had. The results of boys, sole offspring and freshmen were similar to the general, while the test anxiety among girls, non-sole offspring and grade 2, 3 and grade 4 students had no significant correlation with the burden of subjective lessens（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions Both test anxiety and burden of subjective lessens are common in university students and there is a positive correlation between them.
