摘　　要：转染白细胞介素２（ＩＬ２）ｃＤＮＡ制备膀胱肿瘤基因瘤苗，在同基因鼠观察基因瘤苗致瘤和抗肿瘤作用的形态学改变，并结合这些改变探讨基因瘤苗的抗肿瘤作用机制。发现接种基因瘤苗所形成的肿瘤和经基因瘤苗治疗后的肿瘤生长缓慢，瘤内大量淋巴细胞浸润，并和瘤细胞粘附，瘤细胞的特征性改变是膜的孔形损害。提示基因瘤苗诱导的抗肿瘤作用主要是激活机体的抗肿瘤免疫反应。The morphological changes on bladder cancer induced by gene vaccine (prepared by transfacting interleukin 2 cDNA) were studied in syngenic mice.Tumors induced by and then treated with gene vaccine grew slowly with a lot of lymphocytes infiltrated in the tumor and adhered to the tumor cells.A characteristic change observed was pored damage of the tumor cell membrane.Activation of the immune response was believed to be the principle mechanism of the anti cancer effect of the gene vaccine.
