摘　　要：实践教学是大学本科教育极其重要的组成部分,是培养学生基本操作技能和创新精神及创新能力的重要环节。此文从普通高等工科院校的办学特色和电气自动化技术学科发展需要的角度出发,强调实践教学对培养学生基本操作技能的重要作用,归纳总结了通过改进教学方法和教学手段在实践教学方面所取得的成绩和经验体会。The purpose of the course Electrician Skill Training is to train students to have basic operation skills so as to cultivate their operation ability. Considering that some students lack understanding of this training, the teacher needs to stimulate their enthusiasm for hard work and encourage them to overcome difficulties. Through fieldwork and problem solving, the students have opportunities to view the real faults of machines, and they thus can improve their problem-solving ability.
