益髓生血颗粒治疗β-地中海贫血临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究益髓生血颗粒治疗β-地中海贫血临床效果及安全性。方法采用随机、单盲、安慰剂平行对照进行30对患者临床观察;服安慰剂后再给益髓生血颗粒治疗30例,患者自身对照的比较研究;并进行中医证候量化评分的动态观察,疗程均为3个月,观察治疗前后临床中医症状、Hb、RBC、Ret、HbF水平变化,肝肾功能(GPT、BUN、Cr)及不良反应。结果平行对照研究治疗组患者自疗程第1个月起至3个月结束,各项血液学参数均有提高,与疗前比差异显著(P<0.01);中医临床症状改善与血液参数提高相一致,与疗前比(P<0.01);自身对照比较研究显示:患者服安慰剂后改服益髓生血颗粒治疗3个月,血液指标Hb、RBC与服安慰剂组比较均有非常明显差异(P<0.001)。中医临床症状改善与血液参数提高相一致,两个阶段β-地贫患者疗效比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论益髓生血颗粒治疗β-地中海贫血疗效显著,未见毒副作用。研究为中医药辨证治疗β-地中海贫血提供了实践依据。Objective To study the clinic effects and safety of the Yisuishengxue Granule for the β - thalassemia. Methods 30 pairs of β - thalassemia patients had been studied to explore the changes of their clinic symptoms, their levels of Hb, RBC, Ret and HbF, the function of their liver and kidney （GPT, BUN, Cr） , and the adverse drug reactions after a three - month period of treatment with Yisuishengxue Granule in randomly,mono- blindly and parallelly used placebo as control, and the control given the Yisuishengxue Gran- ule for three month after the first three - month test as self- control. Results In the treatment group, from the first month to the end of the course of treatment, their haematology parameters （ Hb, RBC, HbF, Ret） enhanced significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ） , and compared with that of them before treated with Yisuishengxue granule. The amelioration of their symptoms is consistently with the changes of their haematology parameters, and no adverse drug reactions had been detected. And the self-control patients＇ haematology parameters（ Hb, RBC, HbF, Ret） enhanced significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ） , and compared with that of them given placebo. The amelioration of their symptoms is consistent- ly with the changes of their haematology parameters, and the effects of the two periods are different significantly （ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusions The effects of Yisuishengxue granule to treat β - thalassemia is significant, and no adverse drug reactions had been detected.
