摘 要:目的:研究肺癌患者和正常人群CYP1A1基因MspⅠ位点的多态性。方法:应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态技术对47例肺癌患者和94例非肺癌的基因型进行分析。结果:肺癌患者和非肺癌的CYP1A1基因A型(野生型)、B型(杂合型)和C型(突变型)在病例组的携带率分别为51.1%、40.4%和8.5%,对照组则分别为45.7%、39.4%和14.9%。经统计学检验,两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05),携带杂合型及纯合突变基因型(w/m,m/m)的个体患肺癌的危险性与CYP1A1基因MspⅠ多态性无相关性(OR=0.49,95%CI=0.15~1.56,P>0.05)。结论:CYP1A1基因MspⅠ多态性与肺癌发生无明显相关性。Objective:To study the Polymorphism of CYP1A1 gene Msp I site in the lung cancer patients and non-lung cancer groups.Methods:The PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) technique was used to analyze the genotype of CYP1A1 gene Msp I site in 47 lung cancer patients and 94 controls,among them there was no blood relatinoship each other.Results:The genotype frequency of CYP1A1 gene Msp Ⅰ site showed that the wild-type, heterozygote and homozygoas variants were 51.1% ,40.4%, 8.5% and 45.7% ,39.4%, 14.9% respectively distribution in the lung cancer patients and the controls. Statistic analysis suggested that there was no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:The genotype frequency distribution of CYP1A1 gene MspⅠ site did not exhibit the obvious difference between the lung cancer patients and the controls.
