摘　　要：目的:探讨恩丹西酮与胃复安对肿瘤介入化疗病人所致的呕吐用药效果。方法:将96例接受介入化疗的病人随机分为两组,恩丹西酮组和用胃复安组,观察两组化疗病人的呕吐情况。结果:两组在止吐效果、正常进食等方面差异有统计学意义。结论:恩丹西酮缓解肿瘤介入化疗病人所致的呕吐优于胃复安。Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of ondansetron and metoclopramid in preventing vomiting induced by interventional chemotherapy.Methods：96 patients who underwent interventional chemotherapy were randomized into two groups： one group was treated with ondansetron and another was treated with metoclopramide.The effective rates of preventing vomiting were compared between two groups.Results：There was obvious difference in preventing vomitiong and influencing on diet condition between the two groups （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Ondansetron is more effective than metoclopramide in preventing vomiting induced by interventional chemotherapy.
