视网膜氩激光光凝治疗Eales病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察氩激光视网膜光凝治疗视网膜静脉周围炎(Eales病)的效果。方法:对经荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)检查确诊为Eales病患者28例52眼,按眼底病变区域行氩激光光凝,每周一次,分别为1～4次,3mo后FFA复查,按眼底病变好转与否决定是/否补充激光光凝,6mo后再行FFA检查;追踪复查30例50眼药物治疗Eales病患者的治疗效果,并行FFA检查。比较氩激光视网膜光凝与药物治疗的治疗前、后视力、眼底变化,评价治疗效果。结果:氩激光视网膜光凝治疗Eales病28例52眼,有效49眼(94%),无效3眼(5.8%)。药物治疗Eales病30例50眼,有效30眼(60.0%),无效20眼(40.0%)。结论:氩激光视网膜光凝治疗Eales病效果优于药物治疗。FFA检查对Eales病的发病机制、诊断、鉴别诊断、氩激光视网膜光凝、早期治疗及疗效观察提供重要的指导依据。AIM：To observe the effect of argon laser photocoagulation（ALP） for retina on the treatment of Eales disease. METHODS：By using fundus fluorescein angiography（FFA）,28 cases（52 eyes） were finally diagnosed as Eales disease and then took the argon laser photocoagulation to treat the lesion regions once a week.The argon laser photocoagulation was performed 1-4 times according to the number of lesion regions.The cases were rechecked by FFA after 3 months,and took the argon laser photocoagulation again if the disease did not turn better.The therapeutic effect was evaluated 6 months later by using FFA.30 cases（52 eyes） of Eales disease who once received drug treatment in hospital were chosen as the drug group.The visual acuity and fundus changes of two groups（argon laser photocoagulation group vs drug treatment group） were compared before and after treatment. RESULTS：In 52 eyes of ALP group,the treatment was effective in 49 eyes（94.2%） and failed in 3 eyes（5.8%）.In 50 eyes of drug group,the treatment was effective in 30 eyes（60%） and failed in 20 eyes（40%）. CONCLUSION：The therapeutic efficacy of performing argon laser photocoagulation（ALP） is better than administering medicine,FFA has provided guidance for investigating the pathogenesis,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,argon laser photocoagulation for retina,early treatment and observation of therapeutic effects of Eales disease.
