摘　　要：目的:探讨视网膜震荡伤后黄斑光敏感度在病程中的变化。方法:用Humphrey-750型自动视野分析仪检测视网膜震荡伤后黄斑光敏感度的变化,光敏感度以dB(分贝)表示,dB值越高,表示光敏感度越高,光阈值越低;dB值越低,表示光敏感度越低,光阈值越高。结果以SPSS软件进行分析。结果:视网膜震荡伤组治疗前、后黄斑光敏感度均降低,治疗后平均黄斑光敏感度有所提高,但仍比正常人的平均黄斑光敏感度低。结论:黄斑光敏感度检测可做为视网膜震荡伤后评价视功能恢复情况的一个可靠并且敏感的指标。AIM：To investigate the changes of macular light sensitivity in patients with commotio retinae. METHODS：We measured macular light sensitivity in 20 normal control cases and 35 patients（40 eyes） with commotio retinae using Humphrey-750 auto malic visual field system.Light sensitivity is described by decibel value.The higher the value,the higher the light sensitivity.That is,the lower the light threshold. RESULTS：In normal control group,the macular light sensitivity is 34.58±1.59dB,while macular light sensitivity decreased to 28.21±2.73dB in patients with commotio retinae,and increased to 31.23±1.54dB after treatment with increased vision acuity,but which was still lower than that in normal people. CONCLUSION：Macular light sensitivity can trace the change of visual function quantitatively in patients with commotio retinae,and can be used as a reliable index to evaluate prognosis.
